Murtaza Khan's deposition, 1914
Murtaza Khan, the son of Mirza Faridun Khan, has confirmed the receipt of eighteen tumans for his share in the property in Chibni village through Haji Khan Sarhang [the colonel]. This amount is for Murtaza Khan's right to one-fourth of the inheritance from his late wife, Gawhartasht Khanum, and should be spent on the expenses of Gawhartasht Khanum's inheritors.

Question and answer about mahr obligation
Since Zayd had guaranteed the mahr on behalf of his son, after his death, should the mahr be deducted from the original (undivided) inheritance, similar to all of the debts of the deceased, or from the son [the husband]'s share? Sadiq ibn Muhammad has answered that it should be treated like other debts.

According to this contract, Haji Khan returns this property to Sakinah Sultan Khanum. The expenses for her clothing have been deducted from ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan's debt.

Dispute between Fath‘ali Khan and Amir Zakariya's peasants, 1855
Regarding the ownership of Amir Zakariya village; the peasants were unable to provide valid documents of ownership. The evidence instead suggested that Najafqulikhan Biglarbaygi from Tabriz had purchased the village from Akhund Mulla Asad Allah. The property then passed on to his inheritors.

Petition regarding Rubabah's and Zulaykha's inheritance
Sadiq ibn Muhammad writes to Hujjat al-Islam Haj Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali Aqa: after the death of Mashhadi ‘Isa, the brother of Haj Sadiq and Haj Musa, he was survived by his two underage daughters, Rubabah and Zulaykha, and left no will.
